Starter MAC Build Advice

Hi all!


This is my first topic on this forum so please do not punish me alot ! I'm going to order few parts listed below, what do you think about those ? Should something be added/changed ? Any experience with runing those with ML ?

Looks fine to me. All parts are from the Buyers Guide. Your RAM shouldn't cost much more than 120 if it does I would switch to 1600Mhz, there is not much difference.

And maybe settle for a Samsung Pro 840.. If you want one of the best SSDs.

For PSU pick a 400W. Actually even 300 would be enough, but having some room for a GPU is nice, if you change your mind one day. Get a Bronze, Silver, 80+ thingy. They are more efficient. BeQuiet, Corsair and so on. Just look for comparisons in the net.

Also you'll need maybe a wifi card, dongle if you don't have LAN (cable internet).

In my country :

so i picked cheaper one.
Corsair Vengeance 2x8GB 1866MHz (CML16GX3M2A1866C10) - 193$

do you think that it would be reasonable to pick much cheaper ram like this :

For PSU I have in my home one not used COOLER MASTER Silent Pro M700.

I'll use only LAN connections so I'll not need for now wifi .

Any additional comments would be also perfect.
