Stalled Install

I've tried Clover for a week (tweaking BIOS and EFI) and then UniBeast - Both just stall after a few seconds.
Verbose mode turns to garbage text on-screen after stalling, then the Circle with Slash appears.
So, to test the hardware I tried installing Windows 10 and the same thing happened - very short progress bar freezes.
So I'm asking if people can look at my hardware list and let me know if I'm missing some incompatibility.
My hardware is:

• GIGABYTE Z390 Designare motherboard
• Intel Core i9-9900K Desktop Processor 8 Cores

• RAM: CORSAIR VENGEANCE LPX64GB (2X 32GB) DDR4 3600 (PC4-28800) C181.35V Desktop Memory -Black
• 1- SAMSUNG E 500GB 970EVO+NVME M.2 SSD
• 1- SAMSUNG E 1TB 970EVO+NVME M.2 SSD
• Fractal Design Define R6 Case
• CORSAIR RMX Series, RM750x, 750 Watt, 80+ Gold Certified, Fully Modular Power Supply
• One additional 120mm Vortex PWM fan on the bottom
• APC 900VA BACK-UPS 9OUT/USB
• Backordered BenQ Monitor - waiting
