Just try again still not work and stuck at x16. i upload my ssdt and dsdt file can you have a look please. try so many time, it give me headache. grrrrr. thanks Rehab.

Also, how are you testing pstates? Run DPCIManager (P States), then use the computer... browsing... GeekBench, etc.

I using MSRDumper.kext to test pstates. here is my Ioreg file, really appreciate for your help.

In this ioreg, you're loading NullCPUPowerManagement.kext. It disables speedstep. Looks like you're getting it from the USB stick you're booting with.

You need patched AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement.kext and you need to remove NullCPU*.

Without seeing the KP I can't provide any advice. Are you using an SSDT?

Hi RehabMan, this is ioreg file that i don't used SSDT, it work fine and stable, but p_stage always stuck at x16. Would you please have a look.
