This should be obvious, but: 'this is my first hackintosh' :)

My setup is like in a sig. My SDD (Patriot Pyro) is SATA3 and is correctly detected.

Intel 7 Series Chipset:

Vendor: Intel
Product: 7 Series Chipset
Link Speed: 6 Gigabit
Negotiated Link Speed: 6 Gigabit
Description: AHCI Version 1.30 Supported

Unfortunately the performance is very low. All I can get is about 150MB/s. I had over 200MB/s in iMac (3 Gigabit). What should I do to fix it?

Computer doesn't wake after sleep. Disks and fans start spinning, but screen keeps blank.

And the last problem - phantom VGA display on Radeon 5850.

Thanks in advance :)

what are you using to benchmark? did you connected your SSD to the Intel SATA3? Make sure you aren't connecting to SATA2 or non-Intel SATA3 ports.

I'm using Blackmagic Disk Speed Test and I'm sure the disk is connected correctly.
Isn't SATA2 3Gigabit?

no, he wants to use the Intel SATA 3, not the junky JMicron stuff.

How do you get the Intel SATA 3? IS there a particular Kext that needs to be swapped out?
