SSD not running at full speed

So i successfully created a mackintosh but when i came around to doing a blackmagic speed test my speeds where only around 70 mb/s write and 190MB/s read i know something is wrong and I'm not sure what i have a data 3 cable with a data 3 connection but i always get the same speed

i did it and i get

what does this mean

Did you read that whole thing? They were then saying you divide the 4gig file by the time and you get your speed. So in your case it would be 4096/13.415=~305mb/sec right and 4096/13.708=~298.8mb/sec read.
