SSD drive

So .... my Hackintosh and Windows on separate drives had been living together just fine till I upgraded my Windows to a SSD drive. Now every time I boot into the MAC side it corrupts my windows HDs and SSD drive. I have to boot into a HD windows partition to get the drives all fixed up!
Anyone else have this or any ideas on how fix it??

The title is … not well chosen!

What problems do appear?
I get Blue Screens from time to time if I boot Windows. After a quick repair everything works fine again
