Spoofing MAC address on iPod Touch

Does anyone have any ideas on how I could possibly spoof my mac address on my iPod Touch 4G running iOS 6.1.3(tethered jailbreak) and connect to a wifi network that's blocked the MAC address of the iPod? I can connect to another network to do all the requisites and install whatever is required from Cydia.
