Hi,

I recently moved my setup into a new case with a new ssd (clean install). For some reason, when I plug in my green jack to the back of the motherboard, it is not recognized. System sound output does not show "built in speakers". Is my motherboard screwed? The front head phone jack works though. Please help.

I updated to 10.9.2 through the app store. <-- is this the cause?

The front head phone jack works though.
Headphones (front jack) mutes speakers (rear jack). Unplug headphones. If System Preferences says Headphones with nothing plugged in; front jack failure.

Thanks, I removed the front f-audio header from the motherboard and it is working again
