Theoretically yes with a supported AMD graphics card like the RX 6600 XT (supported on MacOS Monterey 12.1 and later) or RX 5700 XT (supported on MacOS Catalina 10.15.2 and later). Not with your RTX 3080 which is not supported on MacOS.
