Let's try downloading the latest Intel Bluetooth kexts from here:

Then copy these two files into EFI/OC/Kexts and reboot:

Let's also install latest BlueToolFixup.kext from here:

At this moment in time I would recommend the following:
  1. Disable all the SSDT-UIAC tables in your ACPI folder.
  2. Enable XhciPortLimit quirk in your config.plist.
  3. Reboot and use the ResetNvramEntry.efi driver to wipe the old NVRAM settings.
  4. Boot in to macOS and see if the Bluetooth shows and works.
This is assuming you are using OpenCore 0.9.4 or newer.
Yes, running OC 0.9.6.

5GHz didn't work. I can connect but it doesn't get Ethernet connection - Internet or local net.

Wahoo! I now have 5GHz WiFi working now, too. OMG!
