Sometimes prohibition sign at boot

Sometimes after the clover screen like 3/5 boots I get a prohibition sign - sometimes I get the apple logo and it boot up (running Mojave on intel), anyone has a idea how I could debug it?

Any information would help what I did wrong

Your probably running out of memory on the Aptio Driver.

Make a backup of your existing Clover/Drivers64UEFI/OsxAptioFix2Drv.efi or OsxAptioFix3Drv.efi, and delete them from Clover/Drivers64UEFI on your EFI drive.

Then copy over ApfsMemoryFix.efi and reboot. ApfsMemoryFix.efi is available on newer versions of Clover or via Clover Configurator
