Sometimes freezes after login, sometimes laggy, sometimes perfect. Whats the problem?

Previously running Mavericks with Chimera flawlessly and just did a fresh install of Yosemite with Clover. Sound, networking, iMessage, app store, facetime are working, and it seems to be working perfect most of the times. However, sometimes I turn on my PC and boot into Yosemite and it will freeze right after I login and I'll have to do a hard reset. Other times, I boot into Yosemite and it seems very laggy (opening programs have a noticeable slight delay, adjusting sound also has a noticeable delay). Other times it boots up just fine and works perfectly! What can be causing these random issues?

System:

• ASUS SABERTOOTH Z77 LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
• Intel Core i7-3770K Ivy Bridge Quad-Core 3.5GHz (3.9GHz Turbo) LGA 1155 77W Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics
• SAMSUNG 840 Pro Series MZ-7PD256BW 2.5" 256GB SATA III MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)
• EVGA SuperClocked 02G-P4-2765-KR G-SYNC Support GeForce GTX 760 2GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 SLI Support

Kexts I have in EFI/Clover/kexts/10.10:

• AppleIntelE1000e
• FakeSMC
• Also installed AppleHDA892 for audio.
