Some of my Icons are missing after upgrading to ML

All the apps work but the ICONS for several programs are missing. Has anybody had time to figure out how to fix this? Beyond that the system is very stable and works perfect.

I have the same problem

Since I wanted to try UEFI I made a complete reinstall on a clean disk and this didn't help.
Another thing, which may be related, is with self signed certificates, most of the information is not displayed and I can't trust them.
