Hello people of this fine community! I installed OS X Yosemite. The install went fine. Im a n00b to this so correct me if im wrong here. After installing OS X, I decided to get the graphics to work first. Its a Intel HD 3000. I got the correct resolution but no glass effects and screen tearing on the doc and animations. I installed the KEXTS needed but no go :/ I then decided to install Clover. Ehhhh, the install was fine, but in order to boot. I had to find the BOOTX64.efi file. Clover loads, but takes more the 2 minuets to find the boot drive and when I select the boot option, it wont load and sometimes shuts down. I have been booting off of the USB. Next is wireless. Does anyone know of a good card to buy? I managed to get sound to work (some crackling but that is because of graphics issues with hardware acceleration. The OS is intalled on an SSD so, it should be fast right? Thanks for you help!!

From where did you download Yosemite?
On what hardware did you create your USB installer?

Follow the Clover guide linked from the FAQ.
http://www.tonymacx86.com/el-capita...faq-read-first-laptop-frequent-questions.html

Although you should read the FAQ for an overview of issues, the Clover guide is linked from the first question: "Q. Where do I start?", just after the bold face "Clover Guide".
Here is a direct link, just to be clear:
https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/guide-booting-the-os-x-installer-on-laptops-with-clover.148093/

Also, your profile must be filled out with complete details as requested in the FAQ, again under "Q. Where do I start?". All seven details requested are equally important.

And if you have an issue (after following the guide), or on any other problem, you must provide a detailed description of the problem including information that helps us understand what you're doing. Always attach "Problem Reporting" files as per FAQ.

The required files and data are fully detailed in the last question in the FAQ:
"Q. What are typical "Problem Reporting" files?"
