[solved] USB port not injected

All ports were working fine before and after reboot Suddenly USB port (SSP6/HS10) SSP6 is not getting injected whereas HS10 is working fine. Uploading a debug file.

You're exceeding the 15 port limit (you're attempting to inject 16 ports).
The port is actually being injected just fine, but the XHCI drivers are rejecting the extra port.

You must sacrifice at least one port to stay within the limit.
