I'm using 64mb DVMT Pre-Allocated in bios I can chage it to 128M tho

If you open your config.plist with a plist editor (Xcode or PlistEditPro), and search for... wait for it... '32MB', you will find the 32mb DVMT patch. No need for it in your case, so you can remove it.

But the 32mb patch will not cause your problem (reboot/panic).

You have something else wrong.
But you didn't attach problem reporting files, so no one can guess.
