My hardware is simple, LG 4K monitor connected to DP port of RX 560, Z77 UEFI BIOS with CSM disabled.

I got this issue when entering UEFI SHELL from Clover, see attached screenshot. No full screen, just maybe 1/8 of screen.

Any suggestions ?

Use the 'mode' command to show what output options are available. Pick the largest set and type
Code:
mode firstvalue secondvalue

Great thanks.

mode 128 30
Solved my problem, it is now full screen but with low resolution, is it possible to take advantage of 4K resolution?

Not with the default shell that comes with Clover (vanilla EDK2 shell) at least. The standard EDK2 shell does not draw glyphs itself, it relies on the "font package" provided by the UEFI firmware. Basically it would require rolling your own shell and (very large) font.

That being said, I know some folks at the systemd project have gotten some HiDPI laptop displays to look nice but 4K still seems to be an issue.
