You should not have patched AppleIntelFramebufferAzul and AppleIntelHD5000Graphics.
Do a fresh install. Stick to the guide.

Can I just use vanila kexts instead of fresh install?

A fresh install will provide vanilla kexts. No idea why you keep replacing them.

I have saved the vanilla kexts extra, so I can use them without new install. But in this case (with vanilla kexts) I cannot compel my video card working

Thx a lot. I have figured it out.

SOLVED 2: I have used vanilla AppleIntelFramebufferAzul.kext and AppleIntelHD5000Graphics.kext + config_HD4600_4400_4200.plist (renamed to config.plist) to get full worked graphics without black content in Safari and App Store

The last thing is Audio, but I had it worked once, I will try do it again :)

SOLVED 1: Audio is working now.
I have used Mirone's AppleHDAPatcher to patch vanilla AppleHDA.kext and then have chosen the option with "full Patched AppleHDA". I did not try the other options yet, like aDummyHDA.kext + Clover, probably they can be better, because I have still a problem: during MacOS booting with plugged in headphones, laptop turns off and the sound quality in the headphones is not perfect.
