@Hans123321 have a look....i didn't go far....just until the dsdt modification (part VI)...but i didn't really success at this part....but for my own use : photoshop and lightroom it's ok

will give it a try if i have time....

were you able to install osx on your z620? I have z620 and could not install osx high sierra after several attempts. finally , about to give up.
