I Solved my problem..

Installed back Clover to UEFI OS X El Capitan created with Unibeast.
Downloaded OS X Sierra from Appstore ( latest version )
Created USB OS X Sierra installer with Unibeast
Installed Clover r4045 on USB Sierra installer drive.
Remove all folder in /USB/EFI/kext/ only "Other" folder and paste all kext from El Capitan /USB/EFI/kext to /USB/EFI/kext/Other folder.

All working perfect now!
P1LGRIM Thanks a lot for helping!

I just want to say thank you a lot! I just had the same issue and solved by using the Clover r4045 extracted within the Multibeast.

@kannex, please update your profile (personal details) with your Motherboard, CPU and iGPU or Graphics Card.
If you have a prebuilt computer enter make and model instead of motherboard (Mobo).
