There is no kernel panic there - How is it connected to the monitor ?

Please help me how to fix this i can't boot on Setup Sierra

You need to provide a bit more information than that.
Boot in verbose mode and post a picture of the screen when it stops.
What happens if you boot in safe mode ?

This is the third time I have reminded you about the rules :
The Rules said:
Profiles need to contain at least your primary system to assist others with helping you

Please comply before your next reply.

Download Sierra from appstore ( latest version)
Created usb from OS X mavericks and El capitan with unibeast
Bios setup to default and disabled CFG lock and vt-d. And also with com port disabled.
