I have had to leave for work now but it is the same config i attached earlier but without the 'FixAirport_4000 fix applied.

Thanks Mezza

You have more patches than FixAirport_4000 your config is messy. Recommend removing all Patches and only use Patches that are required.

Ok i will give this a go when i get in.

Thanks for your help :)

If you want to patch ACPI you will need to extract native ACPI files and use ioreg. Not just use random ACPI Patches.

1) FixAirport_4000 is not compatible with sierra - it caused kernel panic for me.
2) Like VoiletDragon said: wrong SMBIOS - change it, this should help: https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/guide-how-to-configure-your-systems-smbios-correctly.198155/
3) CsmVideoDxe - I have this on, without it my Clover screen was stretched - no problems with that

Maybe this will help:

if this is your motherboard and cpu, try to base on this guide. Nvidia 1080 - you will get it to work with Nvidia Web Driver.

About your WiFi+Bluetooth module - it should work OOB, so if your EFI and SMBIOS will be correct it should start working.

Hi,

Im trying to use the guide to correct my SMBIOS but overtime I try to validate the serial, it keeps saying that it is not valid.

The information I have entered looks correct.

Any ideas?

Thanks

NVM, i think I misinterpreted the guide.

Hi Guys,

Right ok, I have disabled all patches and the system still functions as expected.

I now have the WiFi/Bluetooth card partially working. The WiFi is but the Bluetooth isn't so for now i am having to use a separate Bluetooth dongle which isn't ideal.

I have followed the guide within: https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/guide-airport-pcie-half-mini-v2.104850/ by adding both BrcmFirmwareRepo.kext and BrcmPatchRAM2.kext but the issue persists.

VoiletDragon - What program did you use to read the config.plist? I am currently using either clover configuration or Text Editor. The program you are using structures the file so that it is a lot easier to see whats being used.

I have attached both my ioreg & config.plist.

Can you see anything obvious wrong with either of them?

Thanks

Ioreg is corrupt. For WIFI you need to look for AirPort in ioreg. I use Xcode for editing configs.

I have rebuilt from scratch and both WiFi and bluetooth are now working.

Thanks for the help
