[Solved] Sierra 10.12.5 can boot from usb but cannot boot directly into system

Hi all attempting my first Hackintosh and can't seam to get the system boot properly.

I've tried the following
verified BIOS is set to boot UEFI
verified clover is installed onto the system drive
copied EFI/CLOVER/ from usb to the system drive
also booted into Verbose Mode and got a pic of when it failed

I'm thinking i have an issue with using the integrated intel graphics based on my searches. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

@nbinks, please update your profile (personal details) with your Motherboard or Make/Model, CPU and Graphics Card.

Profiles need to contain at least your primary system to assist others with helping you.
