I recently, almost successfully, installed mojave on an asus z370g with an intel i3 8100 on an adata 128 gb m.2 ssd. the only problem I have is that every time i start the computer I have to go into the clover options, then go to system parameters, and change "set os version if not: 10.10.10" to 10.14 for it to boot and not automatically restart. I have no idea how to change this, and this is the only change I have to make to have my hackintosh successfully boot and stay on. Any help would be greatly appreciated, I'll attach a couple pictures of what I'm talking about to help. Thanks guys!!
Sorry in advance for the image quality....

Post your Clover config.plist

Thanks for your reply, but it seems that the issue has taken care of itself, not sure what I did, or what fixed it, but it is now starting up normally and staying on.
