[solved] samsung 960 evo m.2 stalling boot

hi i purchased a new 960 evo 500 and get a kernel panic upon booting (see pic)
card for my comp and am having problems even booting
i uses a asus hyper m.2 x4 pcie card as my m.2 on the maximus vii dosent have a x4
now i have used this setup back in the day with the 950 pro and i think it was elcaptain with the NVMegeneric.kext
which work really well as a second drive
but now if the pcie card is installed i can't boot
any help much appreciated as I'm not sure as to how to proceed
