[SOLVED] Random Lags

Hey Guys,

I don't know if this is my OCD but I'm noticing random slight slow downs, and they are very little nothing dramatic, but I feel like a computer with these specs shouldn't be experiencing these at all. I was wondering if it had anything to do with the SSD or the graphics. I been contemplating on switching over to AMD since MacOS is friendlier with AMD GPU. I also notice a slight lag when closing tabs in safari, but I'm not sure if thats a issue with safari or everything in general.

I currently have:
ASUS ROG Maximus Hero VIII Formula
i7 6700k
32GB Ram Corsair Platinum
Samsung 850 Evo 500gb SSD (I just ordered the 970 Evo 1TB SSD NVMe m.2)
EVGA GEFORCE GTX 1070
Dell u3415w 34" Ultrawide at 3440x1440

Hey guys, even though I haven't received any comments, I solved the issue just incase anyone in the future sees this. I decided to just go ahead and switch over to the AMD Vega 56 and right now I have zero lag and the graphics fly and the computer feels wayyyyy faster!
