I am very new to this and do not know a majority of the technical language.

I was able to install Sierra using a flash drive and the problem comes post-installation when I am preparing the SSD to be bootable instead of using the Flash drive. So I use Multibeast and go through the steps. When I reboot the system, I get stuck at the apple logo and the system automatically reboots. At this point I am unable to reboots from the Flash drive or the SSD.

Build:
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-z170-HD3P
CPU: i5 6600K
GPU: Gigabyte GTX 1060
SSD: 250GB Samsung Evo 850

MultiBeast change log said:
The FakeSMC_GPUSensors.kext in FakeSMC Plugins v6.25-332-gf3a8525c.1758 is NOT COMPATIBLE with NVIDIA Pascal Video Cards.
If you do not delete it from /Library/Extensions your system will kernel panic on boot.
