[Solved] Photos App reboots PC after login

Aftermath (for now):
Yesterday evening I decided to try something, which seemed to work (for now).
I removed /System/Library/LaunchAgents/com.apple.photoanalysis.plist (that should be the name and location iirc)
rebooted, and connected my iCloud photo library again. Up until now, I have had no sudden power-offs / reboots anymore.
Will report back, if this changes. Otherwise, regard this as a solution for the problem

I can't quite tell you, as I have not re-installed Little Snitch on my current install yet.
I have had a pretty old version, that ran on El Capitan fine, but denied to start on Sierra, so I downloaded (I guess) the most recent version from their website.
But I figure, Little Snitch was not part of the problem. Atleast until I get proven wrong, once I decide to reinstall it on Sierra, and the sudden shutdowns happen again.
