[SOLVED] PackageKit: Extracting file:///system .... How long should this take?

Hello all,

Successfully got to Install screen. Installer finds target drive Sierra no problem. Duration states "About 15 minutes remaining" However, progress bar makes it 1/32 of the way across and logs line states ...

PackageKit: Extracting file:///System/Installation/Packages/BasesystemResources.pkg (destination=/Volumes/Sierra/.OSInstallSandboxPath/Root, uid=0)

Any ideas if we are hung or ? UI and mouse control is responsive etc.
