Oh, here is plug usb3 on left_rear files. The single IORegistryExplorer files named left_front is only usb3 plug on left_front.
USB disk feels so hot when plug in, it seems a big Electric on USB port?

If you're referring to how the USB3 device connects to HS02, it is quite possible that port is USB2-only.

You can test your ports on Windows (look at location data in Device Manager).
Test showed it's a usb3.0 port

Not only tested it shows USB 3.0, but I suggest test transfer speed also.
My laptop shown no USB 2.0 root hub in Windows 10, but the speed test shows there's one port only got 2.0 speed.

Copy a 9GB file from my HDD, 8MB/S.

It does not prove it is connected to a USB3 port.
You need to look at the connection details for that...
May be I misunderstanding your piont. You means like this(picture 4)?

You're not looking at the right data.
You need to find out what port the device is connected to.
Hard to tell with your image what you're looking at (as most of it is not english, therefore not readable)

Also, USB3 devices connecting at HSxx when plugged to a port you're certain is USB3 can be caused by other problems, such as neglecting to implement USB power properties:
https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/guide-usb-power-property-injection-for-sierra-and-later.222266/

There can also be device-specific compatibility problems (same problem might happen on real Mac).
Make sure you test with multiple devices.

Thanks, I turn Window into English, test showed "Location paths" when usb3.0 disk plugged on each USB port like that:
On right ,SS01; On left rear, HS02; On left front, HS03.
Seems I have to redo reading your guide and test other usb3.0 device, will feedback later.
