[Solved] NVIDIA Web Drivers issues

Hey there,

I have installed a new GPU, the 1060. Before I had a GTX 950 and everything worked great. I am running El Capitan version 10.11.6 (15G31) and the web drivers will not work. I followed the steps on one of the threads about doing something with clover to activate the Vram and it only partially worked; it is using the NVIDIA graphics, but the graphics on the computer are still broken for some reason. Any tips? Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks

The GTX1060 will only work with the Nvidia web drivers on MacOS Sierra 10.12.4 and above. Nvidia only released drivers for the Pascal series video cards like the GTX1060 starting with MacOS Sierra 10.12.4.

If you want to use the GTX1060 you will have to upgrade to MacOS Sierra or High Sierra.
