SOLVED No audio when returning from Windows

I don't have an audio problem at all as long as I stay in macOS. However when I have been in Windows and then return to macOS I loose audio. The way to fix it is to shut down the machine isolate power then press down the power button for a few seconds, then restart the machine and boot into macOS, whereafter audio is restored. In other words a cold boot is required for audio to be restored in maxOS.
Just wandering if there is a fix or workaround for that ?

Uninstall Realtek/Windows driver.

Thanks for the advice, I read the post you provided the link for so I will do that and hopefully will then experience smooth sound transitions when shuttling between macOS an Windows.
