Yes, it's Mavericks, 10.9.

I already implement the fix required for 9-series boards and HD4600 whit the new Multibeast version.

Boot without caches, post ioreg.

Also, show output of:

sudo touch /System/Library/Extensions && sudo kextcache -u /

Try also boot with dart=0.

Check in /S/L/E to see that AppeIntelHD5000Graphics.kext exists...

I don't see it in your bootlog.

If you deleted it, no expectation that QE will work.
