I have a dual x99 system that worked well enough with AMD RX 6900 XT in Big Sur 11.6, OC 0.7.4.
After I upgraded to Monterey 12.0.1 I observed that sometimes booting might end with black screen.
It is not consistent, and I believe that Monterey might exacerbate a Big Sur momentary black screen, but recovering ...

Is anyone seen this and even solve this AMD RX 6900 XT symptom?

The reported problem seems to be solved once that I removed the -v from bootargs (verbose) and disable the AppleDebug.
