So it might have to do with Clover corrupting the GPU framebuffer.

Could it be?

You can try to compare the ioreg between Clover EFI that causes the corruption and the one that works to see if the same framebuffer and settings are being used.

I don't know how to work or what to look in IOreg, sorry,...
But we keep on doing more testings, and here we have another fact (maybe conclusive):
When the Kexts are in EXTRA/Extensions in Enoch, the monitor's burnin happened, but when I installed the Kexts in System/Library/Extensions everything with the monitor is alright (no burn in). The same goes with Clover.
Resume:
The monitor's burnin happened when the Kexts are injected from E/E (Enoch), or E/C/K/O (Clover). But when I install them in S/L/E with both bootloaders the monitor is fine, no burnin.
We are happy at last, but, I'd like to know the logic behind this?

I set in the tittle the prefix "Solved", because it is. But, I still need to know the logic behind the solution we found after trial and error. If anyone have an explanation will be appreciated.
