[Solved] macOS 10.12.6 Security Update (2018-003) Nvidia Drivers

I had been putting off the 2018-002 update and figured I would do it this morning. Made the mistake of doing it before I had coffee and missed the version change to 2018-003. It broke the web drivers for my card, though everything else seems to be working. I tried the trick of changing the
/System/Library/Extensions/NVDAStartupWeb.kext/Contents/Info.plist for the required OS version number to 16G1408 and though the web driver seems to load, the resolution is still stuck. Any other ideas until Nvidia gives a fix?

Solved my own issue. I forgot SIP was enabled. So, if you did what I did you can do an interim fix by adjusting the version number in the driver.
