[Solved] Losing power suddenly - shuts off randomly

My build was running fine for 3 years, and now it's suddenly shutting off randomly. It happens about once a day, usually while heavy use, such as watching videos, but other functions as well.

After unplugging and waiting a while, I can boot back up. Would appreciate help. Thank you.

Maybe it is time to renew the thermal paste between your heatsink and CPU.

Thanks. I couldn't find my thermal paste, but I did remove the heatsink and re-distributed the paste that was already on there with my finger. It wasn't dry, so I think it's still fine. The main thing I did was clean the heatsink and computer. It was very dusty in there. System seems to be okay now.
