I am running macOS Sierra, when I got to sleep by closing the lid, on wake up I loose USB. But when I go to sleep via the menu USB works just fine after wake up.

Attach ioreg as ZIP: http://www.tonymacx86.com/audio/58368-guide-how-make-copy-ioreg.html. Please, use the IORegistryExplorer v2.1 attached to the post! DO NOT reply with an ioreg from any other version of IORegistryExplorer.app.

Provide output (in Terminal):
Code:
kextstat|grep -y acpiplat
kextstat|grep -y appleintelcpu
kextstat|grep -y applelpc
kextstat|grep -y applehda

Attach EFI/Clover folder as ZIP (press F4 at main Clover screen before collecting). Please eliminate 'themes' directory. Provide only EFI/Clover, not the entire EFI folder.

Attach output of (in Terminal):
Code:
sudo touch /System/Library/Extensions && sudo kextcache -u /

Compress all files as ZIP. Do not use external links. Attach all files using site attachments only.

You did not press F4 before collected EFI/Clover. The ACPI/origin files are old from Sep 29, 2016. Today is Jan 28, 2017.
The request was that you press F4 today, not 3 months ago.

You used a version of iasl that has has a bug with if/else disassembly.
Re-patch ACPI with current tools.

iasl.zip is current ACPI 6.1 iasl.
iasl51.zip is archived ACPI 5.1 iasl.

I try to pick a good version of iasl to work, but it has been challenging lately... as Intel keeps fixing some things but breaking others.
I have 6 active bugs logged against Intel iasl (in bugzilla), and there is also another entered by another user that I'm watching/waiting for (a total of 7).
When those bugs are fixed, I'll be testing then updating iasl.zip at bitbucket. But for now, use the one that is there. It does not have the if/else bug that the one you used originally does have.

(iasl disassembly bugs like the if/else one are difficult to deal with because I was not able to tell the bug was there until Intel fixed it in a later version, and I started noticing the unintended diffs).

Note: It is a good reason to use hotpatch... as hotpatch does not involve disassembly/recompilation.

I repatched the files. Could you please tell me how to do hot patching.
