[Solved] KabyLake HD630 dual monitors

Dear community,

I read https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/guide-workaround-using-intel-hd530-with-dual-monitors.214125/ but could not figure out if it works for my setup (HD630).
Anyone encountered dual monitors working for High Sierra with 200 series motherboards? Any suggestions?
I am using ig-platform-id 0x59120000 with Inject Intel box marked and I'd like to have a FHD monitor in addition to my 4k monitor. No signal up tp now on HDMI; DVI works but only if DP is turned off .

Any suggestions appreciated.
