[SOLVED!] Inter-Computer File Transfers (ICFTs)

How do most people handle ICFTs? I personally use iChat, but it doesn't work all of the time, with people who use the google AOL client, and is also very slow. Does anybody else know of a free way to handle ICFTs?

I just started to use FileAI.com, very good, free, simple, service. Dies anybody on this huge forum have any ideas???
