Purchased this laptop yesterday from Microcenter and following the guide that Rehabman created: https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/guide-booting-the-os-x-installer-on-laptops-with-clover.148093/

The laptop can get to the Clover screen with no issue then after selecting"Install macOS High Sierra", the Apple logo shows up with the progress bar and then restarts to the Dell logo. Tried to take a picture when booting with vebrose, but it goes really quick. My clover file has been attached in the thread.

Probably DVMT-prealloc issue.
Make sure you read the guide carefully regarding DVMT-prealloc and invalid ig-platform-id use.

Rehab,

I've tried booting with a invalid ig-platform-id, the same one in your thread (0x12345678). Going to disable the DVMT 32mb patch tonight. It that possible to do in X-Code?

Please note your EFI/Clover is not per guide:

Hint: VoodooPS2Controller.kext is not the version linked by the guide. You should not expect to boot with the version you have.

Rehab,

Thanks for the help you provided yesterday. High Sierra running on the laptop pretty good besides some fixes that are needed. The issue now at hand is the actual booting into MacOS. If the invalid ig-platform-id isn't changed to 0x12345678, it restarts a few seconds after the progress bar. Clover file is included with this post.

You have the 32mb DVMT-prealloc patch disabled.

Also, I don't know how you're booting with this EFI/Clover... Clover/kexts/Other is missing FakeSMC.kext.
So... you must already have some kexts installed to your system volume.
Would need to see full PR files such that I can see which kexts you installed.
"Problem Reporting" files are incomplete.
Read FAQ, "Problem Reporting" again. Carefully. Attach all requested files/output.
https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/faq-read-first-laptop-frequent-questions.164990/
Use the gen_debug.sh tool mentioned in the FAQ, that way it is less likely you'll omit something.

I've attached my debug zip and two pictures I was able to take.

Important KP data has scrolled off the screen.
Guess: DVMT-prealloc issue, so you'll need to enable the DVMT-prealloc 32mb patch.
