ALC283 is the same as my Lenovo u430. You can use AppleHDA_ALC283.kext in my u430 repo...

Requirements:
- Clover bootloader
- config.plist must have the four AppleHDA patches from my config.plist in the repo (but not the zml.zlib patch)
- AppleHDA.kext must be vanilla
- CodecCommander.kext installed to /S/L/E: https://github.com/RehabMan/EAPD-Codec-Commander
- AppleHDA_ALC283.kext installed to /S/L/E

- DSDT patches "IRQ Fix" and "Audio Layout 2".

Did all the things, except booting without caches, because there is no such option:

Now Audio does not work at all, no device (as described at guide), so problem seems to be cache ...

This is out-of-date and no longer possible! So keep attention using this Guide!

(Booting into recovery and installing new cache does not help, too!)

No "Problem Reporting" files attached.
Read FAQ, "Problem Reporting" again. Carefully. Attach all requested files/output.

Use the gen_debug.sh tool mentioned in the FAQ, that way it is less likely you'll omit something.

Your kextcache output proves kexts are not installed correctly.
All kexts you need must be installed to the system volume.

And you're using AppleALC.kext (it is being injected from EFI/Clover/kexts/Other).
My instructions say nothing of AppleALC.kext, so why are you using it?

Removing AppleALC from EFI did it! Now having real stereo-sound at headphones with ALC283.
