[Solved] Help! Please

Hi, I awoke this morning with a bit of an issue, my machine won't boot! It gets stuck on the apple boot screen and same issue when trying to boot from the recovery or USB. I've attached a screen shot.

Ive tried disabling my Nvidia card, even ripped the thing out as i've had trouble before.

Linux and Windows 10 works fine so only isolated to the Mac.

Any help would be appreciated.

Change XHCI Hand-off to Enabled in your BIOS.

Life saver! Didn't realise it reverted to disabled somehow, thanks a million!
