[Solved] Help Please! Basic High Sierra build is kicking my butt.

Looks like the included BT is a bust. I can't find anyone who has ever gotten that to work.

Did you end up with a functional on-board WIFI solution? I bought the same motherboard for a new build hoping it would work.

Nope, I’m using one of the recommended pci slot WiFi cards for now. Will likely replace the onboard WiFi/BT with one of the recommended cards as well when I get a chance.

I ordered one of these for $12. It looks like it's the best, fast option for using the slot on my motherboard. It takes some kexts to get it working, but it works without adapters. I'll just swap it out with the Intel card that's on there now. https://tinyurl.com/yaqt4hyg

Honestly, I can't remember all the steps. As with most things, there's a lot of trial and error. I believe I started with this guide and ended up running the GitHub files referenced in the post.
