Your kextcache shows no patched AppleHDA components installed.
Also, you should fix this obvious problem:

Can't open CFBundle for /System/Library/Extensions/__corecapture.kext.
Can't open CFBundle for /System/Library/Extensions/__CoreCaptureResponder.kext.
Can't open CFBundle for /System/Library/Extensions/__IO80211Family.kext.

(run the macOS installer without erasing the target to restore all kexts to vanilla)

Also, HDAEnabler.kext not recommended. Do required ACPI patches instead.

@RehabMan Thanks for the quick reply. For the macOS installer, should I run it from the Application folder (as i downloaded it from the AppStore) or I re-install using the usb? Also will the newly installed system erase EFI partition content?

Any method of running the installer will work.

I've tried to patch my dsdt.aml for the backlight control, battery state and apple HDA but no success. Every time I try to compile the file i get this error (check the attachements). Here is a video for how I did get the error: https://www.dropbox.com/s/y4jcw2eru1uiz6l/dsdt.mov?dl=0
Here is my DSDT and SSDT got from clover using F4 (Origin folder content)

The error with BNUM is covered in the guide.
Please read it carefully.

Hint:

For example, errors caused by 'External' declarations can generally be removed to fix the error.

The External(BNUM,... line you have near the top of the file is unnecessary/wrong. So remove it.
