Screen looks garbled when injecting intel graphics. When I disable inject in config.plist it shows only 7mb of VRAM with frequent glitches. DVMT-prealloc is set to 64mb. When I connect an external display and change the resolution to 1600x900 it works fine, even when I disconnect the external display and change back the resolution to 1080p

If there is an option to enable CSM, enable it.
(otherwise, it would not be possible for your computer to boot Windows 7 UEFI, which is not a typical limitation OEMs settle with).

You could also try setting config.plist/GUI/ScreenResolution=1024x768

Your problem may go away if you implement backlight control:

I already implemented backlight control and my bios only offers UEFI or Legacy and in legacy it doesn't recognize efi partition.
Changing the resolution in config.plist didn't work either.

I noticed that when changing the screen resolution with RDM to something else and reverting it back to 1080p it works fine.
Is there a way to force macOS to boot with 1600x900 resolution?
I already tried changing it in config.plist, but didn't work.

If not enabled, enabling CSM/legacy boot might help (as written in the guide).
Same goes for disabling fast boot.

My bios doesn't allow to boot UEFI in legacy mode and fast boot is disabled.

Your BIOS may have a separate option for CSM.
Up to you to understand your BIOS options...
