Hi everyone,

Spent several days trying to get my first hackintosh laptop up and running and I am looking for some assistance/suggestions on how to get iGPU up and running.

I have managed to inject Intel and boot with invalid id-platform-id, but when rebuilding a cache and setting the platform id to 0x19120000 it panics. I have tried to patch the minStolenSize but I am not sure whether I have succeeded with that (obviously not) :) Currently it does recognise graphics card as Intel HD 630, but gives out 7mb only. Nvidia 1050 Ti card is disabled in BIOS.

FakePCIID and FakePCIID_Intel_HD_Graphics kexts are in place, cache rebuilt, MultiBeast installed support for HD5xx (according to this guide https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/...cpus-200-series-motherboards-in-macos.219877/) and later on tried with HD6xx, still to no avail.

Attached are problem report files and updated profile with information about the laptop.

I really hope that it is super simple that I somehow managed to overlook and hopefully second pair of eyes will help in this case.

the clover guide linked from the FAQ has suitable config.plists for laptops:
https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/faq-read-first-laptop-frequent-questions.164990/

Oh. Right. Initially I skiped over those plists for specific cards, since I thought that I will be able to use my 1050 Ti.
Will try to do clean install again with correct plist and report back. Thanks for pointing this out.

Yes. Following those instructions down to the letter resolved any issues I was having.

Hey bro, can u please post your EFI folder here?
Thanks

Hey, I have attached my CLOVER folder, which you can use for reference, but keep in mind, that it is pretty much the same used in the guide linked in this thread.

I do not know the issue you are facing, but if this is graphics related then do not forget that initially you should boot with invalid ig-platform-id like 0x12345678 (which you should change during the boot in the CLOVER options) and once you have booted up, regenerate the kext cache by running
sudo kextkache -i /
and reboot again with valid ig-platform-id.

Good luck.

You should *expect* non-working graphics when using an invalid ig-platform-id...

Follow the Clover guide linked from the FAQ.
http://www.tonymacx86.com/el-capita...faq-read-first-laptop-frequent-questions.html

Although you should read the FAQ for an overview of issues, the Clover guide is linked from the first question: "Q. Where do I start?", just after the bold face "Clover Guide".
Here is a direct link, just to be clear:
https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/guide-booting-the-os-x-installer-on-laptops-with-clover.148093/

Also, your profile must be filled out with complete details as requested in the FAQ, again under "Q. Where do I start?". All seven details requested are equally important.

And if you have an issue (after following the guide), or on any other problem, you must provide a detailed description of the problem including information that helps us understand what you're doing. Always attach "Problem Reporting" files as per FAQ.
http://www.tonymacx86.com/el-capita...faq-read-first-laptop-frequent-questions.html
The required files and data are fully detailed in the last question in the FAQ:
"Q. What are typical "Problem Reporting" files?"

@diidiiman
I managed to have battery info with acpibatterymanager.kext, if u haven t.
and i switched the kext for the trackpad with the latest beta.
Is sleep working for u?
Thanks again for the efi folder!
