I recently did a fresh install of High Sierra on my profile system, and I've been seeing extremely low speeds on my SSD ever since, and I think it's affecting my overall system performance, which also seems sluggish compared to the Sierra install I was coming from on the same system.
As a comparison, my new MacBook Pro on High Sierra with APFS gets 1000 and 2064, respectively.
System report:
I'm wondering if there's a kext I neglected to install, as I'm suspicious about the lack of TRIM Support in that report.
