[Solved] Ethernet Capped at 2mbs although connection 100mbs

sup guys ! so let me start by saying I searched left and right and can't seem to find a solution and I look before I post , anyways on my windows partition I'm getting speed of 4mbs-5 when downloading anything but downloading the same game from steam on my hackintosh I'm getting capped at 2mbs no more than that either . I'm running Sierra 10.12.6 (16G29) and I have a Intel i219V2 LAN , the kext I installed is IntelMausiEthernet.kext. some help would be appreciated thanks guys if you need more information ill gladly provide

Perhaps best to first update your system, you are 8 updates behind - See macOS Sierra Releases
What is the version of IntelMausiEthernet?

@BreBo I figured it out ! turns out on my Mobo if I disable windows 8.1/10 whql on my mobo it turns off certain features and it actually sped up my ethernet download speed back to normal
