EFI/Clover is missing.

Your kextcache output proves kexts are not installed correctly.
All kexts you need must be installed to the system volume.
Read post #2 of the Clover guide for details:
https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/guide-booting-the-os-x-installer-on-laptops-with-clover.148093/

After you fix that, you will need to reset network interfaces. Make sure you follow the instructions for doing so exactly.
I've installed all kexts in /Library/Extensions (I have to remove from EFI? I'm afraid he will not boot anymore, although I still have the usb)

Ok, I removed from EFI and everything went fine, but Ethernet is still not BuiltIn. I have reset network interfaces, too

Why is NullEthernetInjector.kext installed?
Remove.

You might consider a fresh install.

I've done another debug
P.S. I've tried another fix, now I've removed its boot args

My guess is you're not resetting network interfaces properly.
Try a fresh install.

Ok, I solved. It was The FixLAN option checked into config.plist
Many thanks for trying to help me!

FixLAN pretty much always a mistake...
